Introduction to OpsAny
Product Overview¶
What is OpsAny?¶
OpsAny is an enterprise-grade, one-stop digital operations platform focused on automation and intelligence. It provides a full-lifecycle, integrated toolset with an easy-to-use interface and clear operations workflows. It integrates quickly with the open source tools your company already uses, avoiding repetitive rebuilds, lowering the cost of moving from automated to intelligent operations, improving operational efficiency, and safeguarding business continuity.
Why "OpsAny"?¶
- Our vision: make operations better.
- The name: we want to help Ops teams manage **Any**thing, **Any**time, **Any**where.
- Our team: OpsAny has engineering teams in Beijing, Zhengzhou, and Haikou, delivering enterprise-grade support and services to customers.
How does it compare with other operations platforms?¶
Sorry! We dislike comparisons, and we dislike even more the practice of elevating ourselves by putting others down. The OpsAny team not only recommends other operations platforms in the industry, but also welcomes practitioners to exchange ideas and improve together. If you like OpsAny, we will not let you down. If you don't, that's fine too — there are many excellent products worth trying.
Feature Overview¶

Tip
OpsAny is designed around the different dimensions of a managed object's full lifecycle. The main difference between Community Edition and Enterprise Edition is the set of functional modules.
OpsAny Community Edition¶
OpsAny Community Edition provides nine SaaS platforms that cover most enterprise operations management needs. It is free forever, with no limit on the number of managed objects.
- Workbench: An operations workbench with customizable ticket workflows and customizable tickets (form and field design). It is the entry point for enterprise service process management.
- Bastion Host: An operations bastion host with 4A auditing. It is the entry point for manual operations and a must-have for security compliance (MLPS) projects.
- CMDB: Creates models for managed objects, records data, and designs relationships between objects.
- Control Platform: Onboards managed objects and controls them over SSH or with an agent.
- Job Platform: Handles day-to-day management tasks such as script execution, file distribution, and operations orchestration.
- Monitoring: Multi-level monitoring of managed objects. The collector is currently Zabbix.
- Unified Permissions: Unified users and permission control with custom permission policies, assigning permissions to users or user groups.
- DevOps Platform: A full-chain DevOps toolchain with code repositories, pipelines, and artifact repositories, working with the CMDB for application resource management.
- Cloud Management: Unified multi-cloud management supporting Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, Huawei Cloud, AWS, and Kingsoft Cloud, with automatic asset import into the CMDB.
Note
OpsAny embraces open source. Several Community Edition modules are already open source. We advocate protecting open source know-how and using it lawfully. Community Edition is free forever and comes with free community support; commercial, vendor-backed support subscriptions are also available for enterprises.
OpsAny Enterprise Edition¶
To sustain the team and pursue our dream of changing the Chinese operations industry, we offer an Enterprise Edition. Contact us if you need enterprise-grade support. On top of Community Edition, Enterprise Edition adds scenario-specific platforms and commercial vendor support. The underlying framework is identical, so customers can switch from Community Edition to Enterprise Edition seamlessly.
Enterprise Standard¶
- LLMOps Platform: OpsAny's in-house AI application management platform, supporting both agent and workflow application types.
- Knowledge Base: A must-have for standardized operations; enables collaboration around knowledge.
- Application Monitoring: A Prometheus-compatible application monitoring platform covering hosts, databases, middleware, and service probing.
- Container Platform: Lightweight Kubernetes management for workloads, networking, and storage across multiple clusters.
Enterprise Professional¶
- APM: Application trace monitoring, application topology, and availability probing.
- Smart Inspection: Intelligent inspection over the Control Platform management channel, with customizable inspection metrics and reports.
- Log Platform: Collects logs through the Control Platform agent and indexes them into Elasticsearch for real-time search.
- Event Center: An event-centric operations hub built on data, supporting custom workflows that are triggered automatically by related events.
